We share the same vision, the same energy and the same early alarm times. But we offer two very different areas of expertise. Mooch, a finalist in America's Most Inspiring Trainer, (yes really) is a personal trainer who makes people work in bootcamp and spin classes. She is a nutrition nut, a ball of energy and an expert in fueling for on-the-go living. More of the "woo-woo" side, Mel is a type-A hippie, yoga instructor, life coach, and gut health educator. Having healed her own gut to lose 20 pounds, clear her skin, overcome anxiety & feel more energized, she loves guiding others to do the same.
Together, we are experienced, solution-oriented coaches, who bring a balance of compassion and tough-love. Having both found healing through difficult losses, Mooch's dad and Mel's daughter, we sincerely believe in the power of choosing healthy living to take control of your own life. We believe you are stronger than your circumstance.
The best part is we have a lot of fun helping busy women who feel stuck, MOVE.

Benefit from our experience as both collegiate athletes and tenured instructors. We have years of experience leading group fitness, bootcamp, spin, running and yoga. We have created at home workouts that are effective, progressive and can be done in 45 minutes or less! You can scale up or down, cycle through multiple times and do them at home or at the gym! (or even in a park!)
Feeling energized and losing weight correlates directly to how you fuel your body. In our program, we overview ways that you can shift habits, add supplements and make small changes to achieve big results. Gut health is so important and directly relates to energy levels and functioning. We cover juicing, intermittent fasting, superfoods, food combining and how to never calorie count again.
We believe movement happens with knowledge, passion, inspiration and motivation. Coaching is our favorite aspect of supporting you. We have both been told we are relentless in finding a way to meet our goals- not always so lucky for others but when we are examining your roadblocks, challenges and finding solutions- this trait works very favorably for you.
